HEGIRA CYCLING is a Portuguese brand with branch in Portugal.
- HEGIRA CYCLING reserves the right to change prices, include or exclude products without prior notice. Prices shown already include VAT at the legal rate in force and other taxes / fees.
- This site is an online catalog, with virtual products may not be in stock, being subject to availability of the brand HEGIRA CYCLING.
- The confirmation includes: quantities in stock and their availability, prices and delivery times.
- Delivery times: The delivery time for available items is 24 / 72H after payment confirmation (payments validated only after entry into the bank). See availability table for other delivery times through contacts.
Notes on orders:
For products that are not for immediate delivery the order will only be processed after the availability of these same articles and the customer will be contacted within 24h for waiting agreement, payment will be made only after the item is in physical stock.
After ordering, the customer will receive an automatic E-mail.

Orders will be shipped via FedEx carrier or CTT Expresso (if the country is Portugal or Spain) and delivered in 24/72 hours.
- Shipping taxes are free on orders from € 150 for Portugal and Spain;
All orders completed and paid by ATM or PayPal, will be dispatched on the same day. Orders paid after that time will be shipped the next business day.
1.2 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated by our system and depend on the following factors:
Actual or volumetric weight of the order;
Order value (at least one free delivery service will always be available to the customer for orders valued above € 150)
Tariff of the carrier, which is periodically updated.
Shipping costs are automatically updated as the customer adds items to the shopping cart.
2.1 Delivery times for PORTUGAL and SPAIN
For orders with confirmed payment until 2 pm (working days), the order delivery time is 24 hours (working days). If the delivery address is located in a remote delivery area, the delivery time increases to 48 working hours.
2.2 Delivery times for PORTUGAL Islands
Madeira 1 to 2 working days
Azores 2 to 4 working days
2.4 Delivery times for EUROPA
Germany, Andorra, Belgium, Denmark, France, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Luxembourg, Monaco, Norway, United Kingdom UK, Sweden, Switzerland and Austria – 2 to 5 working days

3. Track my order
When your order is shipped, you will receive a code in your email, through which you can track your order.
4. Resending returned orders
When an order is returned to HEGIRA CYCLING due to the customer’s responsibility and the customer wishes to reship it, a fee of € 5.00 is required for us to process the new order.
This fee must be paid by bank transfer and proof of payment sent to our customer support team (via email: firstname.lastname@example.org), together with the returned order number and the name of the first owner of the account from which the bank transfer was made.
Shipping & Returns
Exchanges within 72h the exchanges are accepted within 30 days after delivery to the customer, the item must be returned in its original packaging without trademarks.
Satisfied or full refund
The customer has 15 working days to return your item if you are not satisfied with the item.
The sum paid for the item (less the value of the shipping costs) will be refunded to the customer via bank transfer with NIB to the same name as the invoice (send NIB).
The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale and all emerging litigations that are related to these general conditions, including their validity, the use of the site www.hegiracycling.com or any purchase thereof should be governed by Portuguese law.
In the event of consumer disputes, the consumer may use the European online dispute resolution platform available at https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr.
