Do prices already include VAT?

Yes, the prices quoted already include VAT at the legal rate in force and other taxes / charges.

What are the extra costs?

In addition to the price of the product, only the shipping cost is added.

What is the cost of shipping?

Shipping is free on orders starting at € 150 for Portugal and Spain.

Shipping charges are automatically calculated by our system and depend on the following factors:
• Actual or volumetric weight of the order (whichever is higher);
• Order value (at least one free delivery service will always be available to the customer for orders of € 150 or more)
• Tariff of the carrier, which undergoes periodic updates.

Shipping charges are automatically updated as the customer adds items to the shopping cart.

What forms of payment are available?

We offer 2 means of payment:

Can I track my order after payment?

Delivery times

When do I receive the delivery time?

Soon after the confirmation of the order, the quantities in stock and their availability, prices and delivery times will be presented.
The delivery time for available articles is 24/72H after payment confirmation (after Hegira receives the value in their bank account). Check the availability table for other delivery times through the contacts.
Orders will be shipped via the carrier FedEx or CTT Expresso (if the country is Portugal or Spain) and delivered in 24/72 hours.

How long does it take to receive my order?

All orders completed and paid with PayPal, will be shipped on the same day, provided payment was made until 2:00 pm on business days. Orders paid after this time will be shipped the next business day.

For orders with payment confirmed up to 2:00 pm (business days), the delivery time of the order is 24 hours (business days). If the delivery address is located in a remote delivery zone, the delivery time increases to 48 hours.

** Delivery times for PORTUGAL Islands Madeira: 1 to 2 business days
Azores: 2 to 4 business days

What are the delivery conditions in mainland Portugal and the islands?

You can receive your order where you wish (except in sections). To do this, simply provide us the address where you will be available from 9am to 6pm.

If no one is available at the moment of delivery, your order will be returned to the Postal Distribution Center. The order can not be picked up at the Post Office in your area of ​​residence. However, CTT EXPRESSO will leave in your mailbox a notice to reschedule a new delivery.

I forgot to pick up the order. How can I receive again?

When an order is returned to HEGIRA CYCLING on the responsibility of the customer and the customer wants to get it back, it is necessary to pay a fee of € 5.00 so that we can process the new order.

This fee must be paid by bank transfer and proof of payment sent to our customer support team (via email: hegiracycling@gmail.com), together with the number of the returned order and the name of the main account holder from which the bank transfer was made.

Returns & Exchanges

How much time do I have to exchange a product?

The exchanges are accepted within 30 days after delivery to the customer. The item must be returned in its original packaging with no signs of use.

I was dissatisfied with my order. How much time do I have to return it and how do I get my money back?

The customer has 15 business days to return the item if they are not satisfied.
The total value of the item (minus the value of the shipping costs) will be returned to the customer via bank transfer with IBAN to the same name as the invoice (send IBAN).
